DANCE LESSONS During the dance lessons we will pay attention in the awareness of our body, in creativity and in perception of different stimulus.We will have a warming up and after we will work on technique and improvisation to get knowledge about our body. Movement will be the consequence of this knowledge. MASSAGE LESSONS In this course, we will learn how to make massages. By pairs, we will divide the class in two parts, one for making a massage and the other one to receive it.
