    CFO

    Steven Cakebread serves as Yext’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for Yext’s global financial operations. Prior to Yext, Steve served as Chief Financial Officer of Salesforce.com. Steve has served as a senior financial executive at rapidly growing technology companies for the past four decades. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Pandora Media Inc. and has held numerous senior leadership roles at Autodesk, Silicon Graphics World Trade, and Hewlett Packard. Steve holds a BS in business from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Indiana University. He currently sits on the board of directors of ServiceSource.

  • Jim Steele

    President & Chief Revenue Officer

    Jim Steele serves as Yext’s Chief Revenue Officer and President. Previously he served as President and Chief Revenue Officer of InsideSales.com, the industry’s first AI-powered predictive sales acceleration platform. Prior to joining InsideSales, Steele served at Salesforce for 12 years as Chief Customer Officer and President of Worldwide Sales and Operations where he helped grow the company from $25 million to more than $5 billion in revenue. Steele brings more than 35 years of business experience with some of the B2B tech sector’s biggest players, including Ariba and IBM. Steele holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.

  • Brian Distelburger

    Co-Founder & President

    Brian is Co-Founder and President of Yext, and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Brian runs Yext’s international revenue division, and is responsible for all sales and customer relationships internationally. Prior to founding Yext, Brian started another technology company and tried to start a motorcycle shop. Brian also sits on the Cornell Entrepreneurship Advisory Council, and advises several NYC Tech startups. Brian attended Cornell University and graduated without distinction.

    Tom serves as Yext’s Chief Technology Officer, supervising engineering, operations, consulting, and IT. Prior to joining Yext, Tom co-founded justatip.com, was CEO and co-founder of Intwine, and was CIO of Datran Media. Tom graduated with highest honors from Princeton University with a degree in philosophy.

  • Marc Ferrentino

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Marc Ferrentino is Yext’s Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for the company’s product development, partnerships, corporate development, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Yext, Marc was the Founder and CEO of Nomi Technologies which was acquired in 2014. Marc has worked as a senior executive for high growth tech companies throughout his career, including serving as the Chief Technical Officer of SaaS at BMC Software and Chief Technical Architect for Salesforce.com. Marc has been active in the NY tech startup scene for 20 years and currently advises several startups. Marc holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and has participated in the M.A. of Statistics program at Columbia University.

    EVP, North American Enterprise Sales

    David Rudnitsky is Yext’s EVP, North American Enterprise Sales, responsible for leading the company’s enterprise sales organization for the continent. Prior to Yext, Rudnitsky was SVP, Sales at InsideSales. Rudnitsky brings over 35 years of technology sales experience to his role, having led enterprise sales at leading tech companies including Ariba, InsideSales, Oracle, and Salesforce. He is the author of “The Sales Playbook” in Salesforce founder & CEO Marc Benioff’s best-seller, Behind the Cloud. Rudnitsky holds a BS in Finance from University of Connecticut, and an MBA in Finance from Farleigh Dickinson University.

  • Brian 'Skip' Schipper

    Chief People Officer

    Brian ‘Skip’ Schipper serves as Yext’s Chief People Officer, responsible for overseeing the people and organization strategy to help the company scale its team, build on the company’s great employee experience, and grow its global business. Prior to Yext, Schipper led HR at Twitter, Groupon, Cisco, and DoubleClick. Schipper has over thirty years’ HR and broader administration leadership experience, primarily in the technology industry in global companies at all stages of growth, he has worked both in and outside the US. Schipper has a BA from Hope College and an MBA from Michigan State University. He was elected to the boards of Verified Person and DHI, Inc. [NYSE: DHX].

  • Ho Shin

    EVP, General Counsel

    Ho Shin is Yext’s EVP and General Counsel, responsible for the company’s global legal matters. Prior to Yext Ho was General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer of Millennial Media where he helped guide the company through its international expansion, initial public offering, and follow-on offering through the company’s sale to Verizon/Aol. Shin has also served as a member of the Department of Homeland Security’s Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory on matters involving data privacy and integrity. Prior to that role, he was General Counsel of Advertising.com. Ho received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, and his B.S. from the University of Maryland.

  • Wendi Sturgis

    Chief Client Officer

    Wendi has spent the last twenty years working in the tech, media and internet space. She is currently the Chief Client Officer at Yext. Prior to her role at Yext, she held executive positions at Oracle, Gartner, Right Media and Yahoo!, where she was Vice President of Account Management for North America. Wendi serves on the Dailyworth.com and Student Transportation Inc. boards. She also serves as the Vice Chair of Step Up Women’s Network board. Wendi graduated from Georgia Tech and currently serves on the Georgia Tech Advisory Board. She was named 40 Women To Watch Over 40 in 2013.

  • Dave Lehman

    EVP, Commercial Business Unit

    Dave Lehman is Yext’s Executive Vice President, Commercial Business Unit, leading small business and midmarket sales strategy. Dave brings twenty years of technology and sales experience at some of the world’s leading technology companies to his role. Prior to joining Yext, Dave was Chief Revenue Officer of Campaign Monitor, where he doubled the company’s bookings in the first twelve months, and led sales and customer success at Captora. He was Vice President of Commercial Sales at Salesforce, where he founded the company’s office in Chicago, growing it by 400 people in two years, and specialized in delivering solutions to midsize and small businesses. Dave earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering at MIT.

  • Christopher Penner

    EVP, Global Partners

    Chris is Yext’s Executive Vice President, Global Partners. He leads both the U.S. and International Partner and Alliance strategy and indirect sales teams. Prior to Yext, Chris was an Operating Partner at Menlo Ventures. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales and Alliances at Box, which he helped scale from $25M to $500M in revenues, and contributed to a successful IPO. Before joining Box, Chris held a number of senior leadership, alliance, and solution roles at NetApp, during the company’s most explosive growth period — scaling from $1B in revenue to over $6B. He has also held leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, Agilent Technologies, Interwoven (now HP), Plumtree (now Oracle), Kaiser Permanente, and Apple. Chris holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, as well as a BS in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, where he also serves on the Dean’s advisory council of the Orfalea College of Business.
